Bulk Carriers

Bulk carriers are specialized transport carriers that carry liquid or dry products in bulk tankers over the road.

The chemical trailer is a stainless steel tank on wheels.  They generally have various mechanisms for loading and unloading the liquids that are shipped in them.

Another example of a liquid bulk tanker would be an acid tanker.  Acid tankers are generally made of a fiberglass material that is resistant to acids and corrosion.

These are commonly called FRP tankers.

Bulk carriers may also run other types of specialized equipment that is designed for specialized commodities.  Some examples would be:
